Habits make us or break us.
It's fine to think that we will choose to be better every hour of every day to avoid the things that are bad for us or the behaviours that hold us back.
It's another, though, to make a choice, to put ourselves in situations and environments that allow those unconscious habits to flourish.
Taking the time and having the awareness to change our environment and circumstances might just be the best way to allow us to stick to the right path instead of going off track and becoming a worse version of ourselves.
