Thinking with Your Mouth Open

Written by Colin Campbell | 21/05/18 17:00

I got into trouble recently for thinking with my mouth open (I was also drunk at the time).

Drink makes me do that, think with my mouth open, that’s why I generally don’t drink.

The problem with thinking with your mouth open is that the internal monologue that you talk to yourself about day after day, hour after hour comes out your mouth unfiltered.

It’s not that you don’t believe what you say, but it’s the way that you say it, in those circumstances.

Probably best to think first, with your mouth shut, then edit and publish.
