If I get to the end of my list, I feel guilty.
It feels like I’m not working hard enough, and I worry that I’ve missed something or forgotten someone or that there’s a huge thing out there that I should have done which would have made everything better.
When the list is long and seems almost unmanageable, I get overwhelmed.
All I want is to be at the end of the list.
To understand the feeling of happiness and completeness and wellbeing that comes with finishing all the tasks that have been assigned to you either by yourself or by someone else.
Of course, when I get to the end of the list, I get the first problem again.
Best just to do the work and not look down.
Looking down makes you dizzy and you’re likely to fall off.
