The best time to start your project is a year ago; the second-best time is now.
Procrastination makes it easier to close your eyes and kick the can down the road. When the project seems too big, or the to-do list is overwhelming, or the amount of emails, WhatsApps or tasks you have to do seems unmanageable.
You have two choices: a year ago or now. A year ago is not possible, so start now, do something instead of nothing, the smallest little thing.
It just takes pebbles to start an avalanche.
