When I built the practice, it was easy.

After we got deep enough into the financials, I had to; I didn't have a choice.

When COVID came, it was actually easy, because I didn't have a choice. I had to make it work, or else we died.

When we came out of COVID, it was easy. I had to see 12 patients a day to try to get the money to pay back all the stuff we owed; I didn't have a choice.

It’s different now.

Now I have to do things because I want to, not because I have to.

Totally different psychology.

Bravery only exists when there's a choice to do or not to do.

It's not brave when you have to; it's only brave when you want to and have a choice not to.
