Whatever the crisis is the anatomy is the same so just imagine it’s a house that has fallen down.
First things first, safety.
Is it safe for everyone around it, can you get anybody that was in the house to safety.
Safety is the most important thing in a crisis.
Carefully removing the debris, trying to learn what happened and making sure there is no body left.
Learning from the mistakes, making it better so that it doesn’t fall down again. Remembering what happened the last time.
Crises come in many forms but this little model can be adapted to anyone, it’s a good hanger to hold onto when things get difficult.
