Today, The Campbell Clinic group has its team day. A quarterly team day that we have, believe it or not.
One of the things we celebrate every 2nd team day is length of service awards.
We're moving towards a situation where we have 56 people now, and so there are always service awards to hand out. We do 5, 10, and 15, and so, we're now in a situation where these roll around.
One of the things I always want to do is to write a card for each and every person who gets the length of service award, whichever the length is, and today, I wrote cards for 25 years' worth of service, 3 five years, and 2 ten years.
Just think about that for a minute.
We do this every 6 months; sometimes there are more, sometimes there are fewer. Years and years and years of people's lives, of their work, of their application, of their dedication, of their loyalty. Priceless.
Not everything in business can we count in pounds and pence.
