Time to start getting ready?
What will Christmas look like this year?
Who will we be seeing and what will we be doing?
Perhaps we’ll have to start making other plans for the mid-winter holiday, doing other things other than consuming as much as we can in food and materials with our family, using the excuse that it’s Christmas.
For me, I’d like Christmas to be a little bit different this year.
I’d like not to be broken in the middle of winter and be in a position to feel fit and healthy and ready to start yet another year.
In order to get to that position it’s time to think about what Christmas will be like now.
