LAMOYOF (again)

I've written about this acronym before (like a member of your own family), and so that's why the blog is (again).

What this means is that the people that you have responsibility for you will look after as though they were one of your own.

What this does not mean is that you will give everybody everything all of the time.

I have had many more disagreements with my wife than I have had with Hayley, who is my work rock, right-hand woman and managing director of our business.

I have had many more disagreements with my son than I've had with anybody who works for and with me in the business.

So, it does not mean that being a member of your own family within your business means that you will never disagree; it means that you will disagree if you have to, and you will look after people when they deserve to be looked after.

It means that if you have someone under your care for whom you have responsibility, who is feeding you as well as you are feeding them, then you will care for them.

When they start eating you, you will tell them that they are eating you, and if they continue to eat you, you will look after them no more.
