Next week, on Thursday, for our first ITI study club of 2025 and one of the 21 events that the Campbell Group are hosting this year, which you can attend for free (If you're an ITI member for this one or if you've only ever been to one before) we're introducing Alberto.
Alberto Monje is beyond being one of the rising stars of the ITI fraternity and is an extraordinary clinician from Badajoz in Spain.
He qualified for Madrid originally and, then the University of Granada and then the University of Michigan, and he now holds countless visiting professorships and teaching positions in some of the best implant institutions in the world.
Alberto is a wonderful guy (I've never met him myself, but I know of him by reputation).
He comes to the ITI Study Club by way of reputation both from Andy (Legg), who is the education delegate for the UK ITI and works closely with us in the Clinic (obviously) and Beatriz Sanchez, another of our ITI fellows who is Spanish (obviously) and my knowledge of Alberto by association through the network of the ITI.
He will provide an extraordinary ITI Study Club next week on 'How to succeed in the treatment of peri-implantitis', and it's just an opportunity to come out and see someone (for free) who will change your perspective in implant dentistry and to meet like-minded practitioners for an evening.
As I say, Alberto is one of the rising stars of implant dentistry in the world; he is a keynote speaker at conferences around the world and a lovely, lovely person.
