Everyone's cup is running over.
That's been happening for an awful long time.
I realise it's rich, me talking about too much content when I'm sat here writing a blog about content, but I have been here for a while.
At the moment, we're heading towards 5000 posts over 15 years, but the noise is catastrophic, and people change tack all the time.
I had a conversation yesterday with a couple of people who were really, really interested in providing a course here at The Campbell Academy. I'm really glad to have the conversation with anyone who fancies that, but I'm also staggered at some point by people's naivety and lack of understanding about how hard it is to reach people, to tell them you've had a good idea.
Just because you think it's a good idea, it doesn't mean they think it's a good idea.
Even if it is a brilliant idea, how do you intend to reach them?
The incoming is awful. More and more we drink from a fire hose (a reference I stated over 10 years ago).
You have to be pretty special now to cut through the noise; most of us are switching off, not switching on.
