The thing about difficult conversations is that they’re difficult.
They’re easy to put off and to make an excuse and to try and avoid.
When you’re confronted with a difficult conversation, try to imagine what the world will look like three months from now when you don’t have it and sometimes it gives you the motivation to do the difficult thing.
