Compliance IS entirely prethics

Compliance is fine, isn't it? And the guys that do compliance love it, and they tell you how much you have to do and how it has to be like this until you turn round to them and say that you can't pay them anymore because you've spent so much money on compliance, they don't have any money left to pay for the compliance.

It's tough, isn't it?

It's entirely how you run your organisation based on the profit you seek to obtain and the ethics you seek to maintain.

If you're in charge, that's the job 100% every time.

Striking the balance in the right place.

If you want to distil it down to something a little bit more tangible, it's actually the vision of your business, and that's what your vision is for.

When it comes to the tough question of whether I should spend money on this or should I spend money on myself? your vision helps you steer you in the right direction when you're dragged into the position to a position that you'd rather not be.

The Digital Dental Entrepreneurial Program starts on March 17th; it's the busiest one we've ever done.

I have a webinar going out to Straumann's emerging markets, which are the Middle East and Eastern Europe. I think that a lot of those guys might be interested, too.

I had a call with someone from Norway who's interested in doing it, too, last week.

If you're interested in finding out how to run a value-based business, based around your vision that lets you budget for things like compliance, you should come along; do the course, do your homework, have a plan, execute the plan, it really is not any more complicated than that.
