Better than nothing is in fact exactly what it says. It’s better than nothing.
When things are at there hardest, when that thing that you want to do or supposed to do is so difficult to begin then do something, because it is better than nothing.
Today I rode my bike for an hour. That was rubbish, absolute rubbish, it was supposed to be 3 hours. But it was better than nothing!
