Today is such an exciting day for us here at our place.
It’s the start of the 5th edition of our business course after a year off last year and a difficult year in 2020.
It’s one of the most exciting (and hardest) courses we deliver.
It pulls in loads of members of our team and loads of superstars from outside and creates extraordinary value to almost everybody who comes (we know that because we’ve spoken to almost everybody who’s been).
If I look back to the first edition in 2017 at least half of those practices have increased their turnover more than 3 times since they came here and they will all attribute a large degree of that success to what we talked about on the course.
My job today in the first half of the day is to talk about philosophy, the history of The Clinic and the things that we’ve learned and then to go through each individual practice based on the projects that they’ve submitted before coming.
The tough thing here is that some people might be flying, and some people might be dying and from a speaker’s perspective, that’s the hardest thing to do.
And so, we start the day by assuming that we all know nothing and then build everything from there.
We have a strict format of everything that we will pass over to the people who come to this course.
It’s an abundance philosophy where everyone can talk about anything and information can be shared freely.
The hardest thing is not to go too fast too early but by the time we get to day 12 everybody will be stratospheric.
