In any aspect of your life, if you wish to move forward progress I believe there is a straight forward recipe to apply.

1. Identify were you are (your ‘here’)
2. Carefully consider where you would like to be (your ‘there’)
3. Once you have identified your here and your there, take one step towards your there, and keep going.

Re apply this through every aspect of your life.

Note: On occasion its necessary to alter your ‘there’ before you get there having realized that it might be in the wrong place. This should be done carefully and only very rarely.

Note 2: When your there involves other people, very important to get them to ‘buy in’ before you start to take the steps.
