It’s not about getting it right 100% of the time and it’s not about working 100% of the hours that are available to you while you are awake.
It’s about being 10% better than everyone else. Putting in 10% more effort and paying 10% more attention, by engaging 10% more deeply and caring 10% more.
It’s the same for how hard you work but also the same for how smart you work. Work 10% smarter, 10% harder than everyone else and you will position yourself higher up the ladder than everyone else.
